You
may pay your bill as an automatic withdrawal from your bank account.
You will be billed monthly and your payment will come out of your
account on the 20th of each month. Just print the form, fill it
out and mail or bring in the completed form to our office with a
voided check. You will still receive regular statements to
keep you informed of the status of your account. We do request
that if you change your bank information or want to cancel this service
we need to have at least 30 days notice. Suburban Garbage
reserves the right to cancel your participation. All information
submitted to Suburban Garbarage Service will remain confidential.
